🧮 Vanilabs is a small, independent network of single-purpose calculators. Each site does one job — margins, fees, taxes, licenses — and does it fast, with no account and no upsell.
Every Vanilabs site starts from the same question: what does a creator, seller, or homeowner actually need to know before they make a decision? Not a blog post about the topic — a number. So we build focused calculators: PODmargin tells a print-on-demand seller their real profit after platform fees, NotaryFeeByState tells you the legal fee cap in your state, SalaryPH tells a Filipino employee their exact net pay after PhilHealth, SSS, and Pag-IBIG.
The network has grown from a handful of margin calculators into 38 tools spanning creator economy fees, e-commerce margins, U.S. state legal lookups, Philippine finance and utility tools, and everyday lifestyle calculators.
Most calculator sites want your email before they'll give you an answer. We think that's backwards. Every Vanilabs tool runs entirely in your browser — your inputs are never sent to a server, never stored, and never used to build a profile on you. You get your number and you're done.
Vanilabs tools are free because they're supported by non-intrusive display ads (Google AdSense) and, on some sites, affiliate links to services we'd actually recommend. We never charge for a calculator, and we never gate a result behind a paywall or a form.
Vanilabs is an independently run project — a small team building and maintaining every tool in the network, from first prototype to the data behind each calculation. We keep every site simple on purpose: no logins, no dashboards, no bloat.
